5th World Congress on Industrial Process Tomography

WCIPT5 is pleased to announce the following four plenary speakers have confirmed their attendance at Bergen:

Professor Marcus Alden (Sweden): Multiple-parameter visualization in combustion using laser diagnostic techniques

Dr Michael Feser (USA): Sub-micron Resolution CT for Failure Analysis And Process Development

Dr Bodil Holst (Norway): New methods for investigating the transport properties of gas and liquids through porous materials on the micron/nano scale

Dr Martin Allen (UK): Computed Tomography of the Antikythera Mechanism

The draft Congress programme is also now available for download. For the first time, the 5th World Congress is to host Interactive Poster Sessions, as well as the more conventional oral presentations. This is a particularly effective mode for many papers where e.g. a range of animations can be played by the author to amplify crucial points of the research in a way not always possible during conference presentations.
